How to Rearrange Pages in a PDF
Learn how to change the order of pages within a PDF document
Step-by-Step Instructions
1 Open the PDF Editor
From the File Manager, click on any PDF file in your list.
This opens the PDF editor showing thumbnail previews of all pages.
2 View Your Pages
All pages are displayed as thumbnails in a grid layout.
Each thumbnail shows a preview of the page content and its page number.
3 Rearrange Pages by Dragging
Click and hold on any page thumbnail.
Drag the page to its new position in the document.
Release the mouse button to drop the page in place.
Other pages will automatically shift to accommodate the moved page.
4 Save Your Changes
After arranging pages as desired, click the Download button at the top right.
The reordered PDF will be generated and downloaded to your device.
The original file remains unchanged; you receive a new file with your modifications.

- The editor tracks unsaved changes and warns you if you try to leave without downloading
